CREATIVE AI LEAD
The Producers welcome Pablo Alfierri as creative AI lead.
To further strengthen its creative, technological and social capabilities, The Producers have added Creative AI Lead Pablo Alfierri to their team. With a focus on exploring how emerging tools and techniques enhance storytelling and craft in commercial filmmaking, it’s a real investment in the future highlighting the company’s eye on advancing creative production in an ever evolving industry.
Executive Producer Noelle Jones stated;
"Pablo brings a unique blend of experience to the team. Having worked in online content, both AI generated and human created, traditional commercial production, and post production, he has a deep understanding of the entire creative pipeline, as well as an innate understanding of these emerging technologies, and how they currently exist in our world. "
With a passion for creating work from scratch, as well as adding expertise and a refined taste level to films, treatments and direct to client projects, the hire gives The Producers a new and unique blend of technical insight and creative intuition to all their production projects having already partnering with social clients like Bulla Dairy Foods Australia.“It’s no secret that the AI landscape is evolving rapidly. While it can feel overwhelming at times, it is our human ingenuity that keeps it grounded. The very same creativity and innovation that builds these technologies is found in the hands of our producers, editors, artists, writers and directors. We are using AI to remove creative barriers, empowering our teams to dream bigger and bring their visions to life.” said Pablo.
This move follows The Producers’ growing focus on creative leadership, after bringing on former agency Creative Director Luke Thompson in 2023. Together, they’re expanding The Producers’ hybrid model, where creative thinking, production craft, and technology all live under one roof. With Pablo joining the mix, that blend now gets even stronger.
